Date Posted: June 3, 2008. Okay. I drew Jane a collective total of...37 times for this update. Draw. Erase. Draw. Erase. I apologize for her mutant face in the bottom panel...and that's even AFTER I completely re-drew her mouth in GIMP. *sigh* Otherwise, in all the other panels, she's quite pretty. I really like Cade in panel 3 - that's my favorite drawing of him so far, I think. You should expect an all-Jess update on Thursday. It will be awesome! But for today, this was an all-Amanda update *except* panel 4 with Daisy. It was originally just going to be in the background, but it was too awesome not to have its own panel =] Cameo today is Levon Von Waffle from Grin N Spirit. Levon is so freakin' awesome - I didn't do him justice here, but I tried to give him a heroic-ish pose anyway, haha. I'm only about halfway through the GnS archives, but so far, Levon is hands down my favorite. (Jess has just informed me that he hasn't been in the story for a while, Ghostrunner...FIE! Heh.) The exhibits: a photo of my drawing mannequins and an old drawing of Peyton (from early 2007) that I colored today. Woo! Good ol' Peyton. He's looking much better these days. Also, Brio showed up yesterday in How Unfortunate in everyone's favorite shirt! Over the weekend, I hung out with Jess in her new small-town home and our friend Zarina. You'll have to listen to my horrifying high-pitched giggle, but other than that, it's kind of funny.
